Description
We are a growing workers’ compensation/personal injury law firm committed to excellent client service. We are hiring a bilingual (Spanish/English) attorney to handle workers’ compensation matters. Open to new attorneys or those with experience — we will provide training and mentorship.
Responsibilities
Communicate with Spanish-speaking clients and witnesses, explain rights and procedures, and maintain strong client relationships
Prepare and file motions; Conduct legal research and draft legal memoranda
Attend pretrials, hearings, depositions, and trials as needed
Negotiate settlements and pursue favorable resolution for clients
Collaborate with partners and staff to manage caseloads and ensure timely client service
Maintain accurate case files

Salary commensurate with experience (base pay plus unlimited bonus/incentive pay)

Requirements
JD and admitted to the state bar New attorneys welcome.
Fluent in Spanish and English (verbal and written)
Strong communication, organization, and client-service skills
Interest in workers’ compensation law; prior experience is a plus but not required
Ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines
