Responsibilities

• Identifying and assessing investment opportunities in companies spanning a wide range of industries and across capital structures
• Performing deal evaluation, due diligence, industry/company analysis, financial modelling and internal presentation, supporting the China Private Investment team
• Monitoring market trends and closely tracking existing portfolio assets to support investment / divestment making decisions
• Constantly developing and renewing industry / sector knowledge as well as macro and regulatory changes
• E stablishing and cultivating relationships with companies, corporate partners, and other relevant institutions

Requirements

• Min 1-3 years of relevant working experience with a top-tier private equity, investment bank, or consulting firm
• Intellectual curiosity, independent thinking, and willingness to deepen transaction expertise across multiple private stages
• Strong analytical insight, numerical sense, spreadsheet modelling skills, and understanding of financial statements
• Proficiency in creating well-structured and compelling presentation materials for internal and external stakeholders
• Desire to develop / maintain relationships with corporate partners, intermediaries, and other relevant institutions
• Good communication, interpersonal & team skills
• Self-starter with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities and to work independently
• Prior experience in buyout or M&A transactions is preferred
