• Collaborate with related stakeholders to understand needs and support recruitment
• Serve as the main candidate contact, managing communication and interviews
• Oversee sourcing, screening, and candidate pipeline management
• Handle scheduling, job postings, offers, reporting, and recruitment projects

• Fluent in Japanese, business level in Japanese
