Description

MBM|LAW seeks a litigation attorney with a minimum of five (5) years of experience to support an active litigation practice. The successful candidate will have experience with motions practice, discovery, drafting pleadings, depositions, and trial preparation, and will work closely with partners and the firm’s Head of Litigation. Excellent research, writing, and communication skills are required, along with the ability to manage multiple matters efficiently across a range of practice areas. Candidates must be licensed to practice in Pennsylvania.

Requirements

o   Minimum of five (5) years of relevant litigation experience

o   Experience practicing in federal court

o   Insurance defense experience, including: EEOC matters; Section 1983; civil rights claims; Governmental entities and boards; School Code matters; and General liability matters

o   Ability to litigate complex matters, including conducting depositions, managing discovery, and supporting trial preparation and trial work (jury and non-jury)
