Description
Job Descriptions:- Manage and oversee the full ETF operations lifecycle, including basket creation/redemption, trade processing and settlement, cash management, FX dealing, tax accounting/reporting, NAV support, and coordination with APs/PDs.
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders to ensure operational accuracy, regulatory compliance, and proactive issue resolution.
- Assist manager to drive digitalization initiatives including workflow automation and data integration. Maintain up-to-date documentation on process workflows.
- Provide operational support for new products and initiatives across authorized funds, private funds, mandates, and LP structures in multiple jurisdictions.
- Champion continuous improvement in processes, controls, and efficiency.
Job Requirement:
- Minimum 1 years of ETF operations or relevant front, middle to back office experience within a sizable asset management firm.
- Strong knowledge of ETF lifecycle and related operational processes.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, Data Science, or related disciplines.
- Solid understanding of tokenization concepts and applications is a plus.
- Python programming skills preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
- Team player, detail-oriented and open to changes, able to work under pressure.
Candidates with more experience may be considered for Assistant Manager level.
