Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for finance daily operations and ensure payments are supported and approved in accordance to internal policies and payment processes; prepare journal entries and vouchers for month end closing and relevant accounting schedules
• Assist month-end closing and financial statements preparation for corporate entities in Asia regions, including but not limited to revenue and expenses, account receivable and payable, intercompany transactions, etc.
• Liaise with local agency for regular book keeping, local filing and annual audit for overseas subsidiaries
• Prepare financial and regulatory filings with different regulators and tax authority
• Assist preparation of monthly management report, expense analysis and other reports
• Assist group consolidation and ensure smooth co-ordination of month-end reporting with all subsidiaries and joint ventures
• Assist interim and annual audit for corporate entities and investment funds and handle auditors' requests and queries
• Providing assistance in any system enhancement project and ad-hoc projects as requested

Requirements

• 1-3 years' working experience in audit or accounting firm, or relevant internship experience will be given priority consideration
• Relevant experience in financial institutions and familiarity with listed company legislation a plus
• Familiar with accounting and tax handling and able to handle full set of management and financial accounts is preferable
• Strong team-player with good interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with a positive and proactive attitude and able to work under pressure
• Strong business acumen, independent, reliable and proactive
• IT basic programming (Excel VBA and/or Python) a must, other AI / Database management tools usage such as SQL/Microsoft Access etc on financial analysis and data management is an advantage
• Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint
• Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)

Fresh Graduate with solid Accounting & Finance internship experience will also be considered.
