Mack Law Offices is a well established criminal defense firm serving Pennsylvania for over 40 years with a strong reputation for effective advocacy in criminal and DUI defense. Based in Kingston, Pennsylvania our firm is expanding and seeking a motivated Associate Attorney to join our team. 

The Associate Attorney will handle a range of criminal defense matters, working directly with clients and appearing in court. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage a demanding caseload in a fast-paced environment. 

Requirements

• J.D from an accredited law school
• Active license and good standing with the Pennsylvania Bar
• 0-10+ years of legal experience
• Strong courtroom & advocacy skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
• Highly organized with the ability  to manage multiple matters independently
• Proficiency with legal technology and case management systems 
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus
