Description

Hartley & McGehee, LLP is looking to fill an immediate need for an associate attorney.  Your responsibilities would include, but not limited to: interviewing clients, preparing correspondence and pleadings, court appearances, and all aspects of discovery and settlement negotiations.  We are looking for someone who can collaborate effectively with other members of the legal team to provide exceptional service to our clients.   Our ideal candidate will be motivated and have a high interest working in family law.  

Requirements

• Strong writing and communication skills
• Self motivated
• Ability to manage cases and all responsibilities involved
• Court experience preferable
• Hawaii State Bar License
