The Assistant Spa Manager plays a key role in supporting the overall success of the spa, fitness, wellness, and recreation operations at Hyatt Regency Coconut Point Resort and Spa. This position ensures high service standards, quality programming, and an exceptional guest experience through hands‑on leadership and collaboration.

Responsibilities that are included but not limited to:

• Oversee the delivery, safety, and quality of all spa, fitness, wellness, and recreation services
• Develop, schedule, and execute fitness classes, wellness programming, and recreation activities
• Partner with Recreation, Events, and Sales to support group programming and private wellness experiences
• Ensure consistent service standards through pre-shifts, training, and quality monitoring
• Manage vendor relationships, schedules, and program records
• Communicate daily and special programming to guests and resort colleagues
• Support spa operations including scheduling, staffing, facility standards, and guest service
• Lead service recovery and ensure an exceptional, welcoming guest experience
• Oversee inventory controls, BOH product management, and retail support
• Support marketing initiatives, promotions, and special events
