Experience Required

• PGA Level 1 Associate status preferred
• Two or more years of experience as an Assistant Golf Professional preferred
• Demonstrated leadership and team management skills
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal abilities

Essential Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional service to members, resort guests, and daily-fee players
• Assist in training, supervising, scheduling, and developing player services and golf shop staff
• Oversee daily operational areas including the golf car fleet, practice facilities, club storage, member locker rooms, and pace-of-play initiatives
• Assist in managing inventory control, merchandising strategy, and retail presentation
• Support and help lead all daily golf shop operations
• Plan, coordinate, and execute member events, corporate outings, tournaments, and large-scale resort events
• Play golf with members, course raters, media representatives, and invited guests as a representative of Forest Dunes
