Experience Required

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Proven ability to handle confidential information and sensitive employee matters with discretion and professionalism.
• Commitment to upholding the highest level of ethical work standards.

Essential Responsibilities

• Engage with members through golf events, personalized interactions and promotion of golf programs.
• Support the cleanliness and organization of all outside areas.
• Contribute to the success of golf activities by coordinating and managing tournaments.
• Assist in managing the handicap program, pro-shop operations.
• Provide guidance to golf attendants and pro-shop personnel.
• Maintain consistency in operational procedures.
• Support the promotion of golf clinics and specialized programs.
• Assist with budgeting and inventory planning.
