Overview

Quail West Golf & Country Club in Naples, Florida is seeking an Assistant Golf Professional to serve as our Ladies' Golf Liaison and play a key leadership role within our golf operation. This position will oversee and grow the Ladies' Golf Program while assisting in all aspects of daily golf operations.

The ideal candidate will work closely with the Director of Golf, Head Golf Professional, and Ladies' Golf Committee to plan and execute tournaments, weekly play, couples programming, and special events. This position also includes instruction opportunities, member engagement, tournament operations, and golf shop leadership responsibilities.

Quail West is a 36-hole private club with a vibrant and highly engaged membership, an active tournament calendar, and a team-oriented culture focused on service, hospitality, and providing an exceptional golf experience.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated PGA or LPGA Professional looking to take ownership of a major program and grow within a premier private club operation.

Experience Required

• PGA/LPGA Class A Member or Associate preferred
• Experience running tournaments and golf events
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Experience with instruction, clinics, and player development programs
• Experience with Golf Genius, GHIN, ForeTees, and POS systems preferred
• Private club experience preferred but not required
• Service-oriented and hospitality focused
• Ability to work in a team environment and lead staff when needed

Essential Responsibilities

• Oversee and grow the Ladies' Golf Program
• Plan and execute tournaments, weekly play, and special events
• Serve as primary liaison to the Ladies' Golf Committee and membership
• Coordinate couples golf programming and events
• Provide private and group instruction
• Assist with daily golf operations, tee sheets, and pace of play
• Assist in training and leading the Golf Shop Concierge team
• Manage tournament software, scoring, and pairings
• Work closely with Golf Leadership on programming and member experience
• Engage with membership on the golf course and practice facilities
• Assist with golf shop operations, merchandising, and inventory
• Promote club events, programs, and the overall golf operation
