Key Responsibilities, Knowledge, Skills, and Aptitude:

The Assistant Superintendent works closely with the Director of Agronomy and Golf Course Superintendents to:

• Lead daily maintenance operations and crew management
• Execute championship-level course conditioning
• Assist with renovation and capital improvement projects
• Manage water, fertility, and plant health programs
• Support budgeting, scheduling, and long-term agronomic planning
• Develop and mentor seasonal and full-time team members

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: $55,000 - $70,000 depends on experience
