Description
Missions[FR]
Vous travaillez sous l'autorité du comptable senior responsable du pôle comptabilité fournisseurs au sein d'une équipe de 6 personnes.
A ce titre, vos missions principales sont d'assurer diverses tâches comptables et d'optimiser les process comptables.
Vous intervenez dans la gestion quotidienne de la comptabilité des sociétés françaises au travers de la matérialisation des engagements de dépense, l'enregistrement des factures fournisseurs et de l'audit des notes des frais.
Assurer la comptabilité fournisseurs :
- Reconnaissance des engagements de dépense (PO)
- Saisie et contrôle des factures via bon de commande (PO)
- Saisie et contrôle des factures relevant de workflows dérogatoires
- Contrôler les notes de frais en lien avec l'expense policy groupe
- Mise en paiement des factures et des notes de frais (rythme hébdomadaire)
- Classement (2 itération par an)
- Saisies des écritures de banques
- Rapprochements bancaires
- Génération des fichiers de paiement
- Prise de contact avec les services en interne pour le suivi des engagements de dépense / validation des factures
- Exemple : Reporting lié aux dépassements des seuils sur notes de frais

You will work under the authority of the senior accountant in charge of the accounts payable department, as part of a team of 6 people.
Your main tasks will be to carry out various accounting tasks and optimize accounting processes.
You will be involved in the day-to-day management of the French companies' accounts, materializing expense commitments, recording supplier invoices and auditing expense reports.
Supplier accounting :
- Recognition of expenditure commitments (PO)
- Entry and control of invoices via purchase orders (PO)
- Invoice entry and control via derogatory workflows
- Control expense claims in line with the group expense policy
- Payment of invoices and expense claims (weekly)
- Filing (2 iterations per year)
• Entry of bank entries
• Bank reconciliations
• Generation of payment files
Interaction with suppliers and various Group departments (English and French)
- Contact with internal departments to monitor expenditure commitments / validate invoices
- Example: reporting on expense claim thresholds exceeded.

- Etudes de BTS/DCG
- Vous disposez d'une bonne connaissance technique en comptabilité générale.
- Vous maitrisez le pack office et plus particulièrement Excel.
- Vous savez vous adapter, communiquer clairement, vous êtes autonome et vous avez un bon sens de l'organisation.
- Vous êtes rigoureux et soucieux du respect de la confidentialité.
- Vous avez des bases en anglais,
- BTS/DCG studies
- You have a good technical knowledge in general accounting.
- You master the office pack and more particularly Excel.
- You know how to adapt, communicate clearly, you are autonomous and you have a good sense of organization,
- You are rigorous and concerned about confidentiality.
- You have a professional level of English,
