Your new role
In your new role as an Administrator, you will join a busyDefence organisation in the northern suburbs. You will be a key support withinthe team, with responsibilities including, but not limited to:

Provide general administrative support across daily operations.

Act as the main contact point between internal teams and external partners.

Support accounts functions and liaise with accounting staff.

Maintain office efficiency and support day - to - day operations.

Serve as the administrative lead for the Adelaide office.

Provide functional leadership for the administration team.

Manage document control processes.

Coordinate internal training activities.

Provide backup support to Reception and Accounts Payable/Administration Officers as required .

What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for this role, you will meet the following criteria:

Strong administrative capability with the ability to manage daily office operations efficiently.

Excellent coordination and organisational skills to support a wide range of administrative tasks.

Confidence working with internal stakeholders and supporting communication between administrative and accounts functions.

Ability to take ownership of administrative workflows and provide leadership within the admin team when required.

Proficiency in using business systems and other administrative tools.

High attention to detail to ensure accuracy in document control, data entry, and system maintenance.

Capability to coordinate internal training, maintain documentation, and support broader administrative requirements.

Flexibility to provide backup support across Reception, Accounts Payable, and general office administration as needed.
