A large WA organisation is looking for an experienced Accounts Receivable Manager to lead a busy, high-volume AR function. The organisation operates multiple service lines and requires strong financial oversight to support ongoing growth.

Your new role
Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will manage the full AR process and lead a small team

• Oversee invoicing, receipting, reconciliations and debt recovery.
• Manage daily sales order processing and bank remittance activity.
• Resolve complex billing issues and support cashflow reporting.
• Drive process improvements and ensure data accuracy.
• Lead, support and develop the AR team.
• Maintain strong internal and external stakeholder relationships.
• Ensure compliance with financial, legislative and data requirements.

What you'll need to succeed

• Demonstrated experience in a leadership role.
• Strong understanding of high-volume AR environments.
• Confident managing end-to-end billing and collection processes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong excel capability
• Ability to manage deadlines, lead a team and improve processes.
