Insurance Account Handler | £25,000 basic + bonus | Brierley HillAre you looking to take your first step into a long-term career in Insurance? We're excited to be recruiting an Insurance Account Handler to join our friendly and supportive team based in Brierley Hill. This is an excellent entry-level role where you'll receive full training, ongoing support, and clear progression opportunities within one of the UK's largest independent insurance brokers.

As an Insurance Account Handler, you'll support a portfolio of clients and act as their first point of contact. Day to day, you'll be:
- Building strong relationships with clients and understanding their needs
- Handling enquiries by phone and email
- Supporting renewals, mid‑term adjustments, and general policy queries
- Working closely with colleagues to deliver a great customer experience
This role is ideal if you enjoy working with people, building relationships, and learning something new every day.
What we're looking for
You don't need to know everything about insurance on day one - we'll teach you. What matters most is your attitude and potential.
We'd love to hear from you if you:
- Have some experience in customer service, sales, or a people‑focused role (insurance experience is a bonus, not a must)
- Are confident communicating with customers over the phone and in person
- Are proactive, organised, and keen to learn
- Enjoy working as part of a team and bring a positive, can‑do attitude
- Act with honesty and integrity - essential in a regulated industry
