• Practice Your Way: Join a collaborative environment that provides robust administrative and operational backing. This includes a fully equipped OR with block scheduling, 4 surgical suites, and 2 minor procedure rooms in the hospital, plus 1 clinic procedure room.
• Advanced Care: Our facilities include a Wound Center featuring the latest in treatments and hyperbaric oxygen therapy, as well as an E-ICU affiliation with the University of Wisconsin.
• Collaborative Team: Work alongside a supportive network of providers and a dedicated support staff, including an experienced, well-trained surgical staff with a First Assist and Nurse Navigator.
• Work-Life Balance: Enjoy a flexible schedule that allows you to explore the rich recreational and family-friendly amenities of the region. Call coverage is shared between part-time and full-time physicians, with Anesthesia available 24/7 (within 30 minutes when not in-house).
• Families Treating Families: FHN boasts an impressively low turnover rate and long tenures among our staff. FHN team members are members of our community, treating our families, friends, and loved ones.
