Course Overview:

MeadowCreek Golf Resort is in New Meadows, Idaho, just 20 minutes from McCall - one of the Pacific Northwest's top outdoor recreation destinations. The resort features an 18-hole mountain golf course, four pickleball courts, two tennis courts, a swimming pool, and a fitness facility, all surrounded by breathtaking mountain views.

The region offers year-round recreation including hiking, fishing, hunting, camping, and skiing, making MeadowCreek an ideal destination for outdoor enthusiasts. The golf course is known for its rolling fairways, small greens, and classic mountain design - a true Idaho golf experience.
Position Overview:

MeadowCreek is seeking a Class A PGA Professional to serve as 1st Assistant Golf Professional, reporting directly to the Director of Golf. This leadership role supports all golf operations including tournaments, instruction, merchandising, and member services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer tournaments, leagues, and junior golf
• Provide instruction to players of all skill levels
• Support golf shop merchandising and inventory
• Manage tee sheets and daily shop operations
• Supervise outside operations staff
• Promote the game of golf and engage members
• Play golf with members and guests • Uphold professional standards and club policies

Qualifications:

• Class A PGA Membership
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Knowledge of golf operations and merchandising
• Teaching ability for all skill levels
• Experience with Golf Genius, ForeUp, or similar software
• Availability for weekends, holidays, and peak season hours
